The service technician came out and went above and beyond to remedy the issue. Pulled off a gutter downspout and got ice and debris out and advised to perhaps put a piece above to redirect water and debris. Is also checking to see if there is a cover made for this particular unit to prevent this in the future. I want to say thank you to Tommy for being so thorough.
