We had a Lennox Unit installed by another company & was in need to have it reattached after having to have immediate & unexpected work done on our water system to our home. The unit was in the way of the work that was needing to be performed & we had to detach it. We tried to get ahold of the original company & asked that they compromise with the pricing since we were facing allot of monetary expenses. They took 8 days to respond. They didn't see the need to help us with the reattachment pricing. We were however fortunate to be doing work for our Contractor at a home whom the gentleman happened to work for DFH. He was more than happy to arrange in reattaching this UNIT the very next day! THIS unit is so very well reattached & sealed & we couldn't be happier. This work is even better than the original installation & very much appreciated. PLEASE KNOW that IF you are in need of a reputable & very considerate HVAC Company, DFH IS IT! THANK YOU DFH! Pulled off a gutter downspout and got ice and debris out and advised to perhaps put a piece above to redirect water and debris. Is also checking to see if there is a cover made for this particular unit to prevent this in the future. I want to say thank you to Tommy for being so thorough. DFH Tech was great literally fix the furnace in 5 minutes,2 screws. Hot surface igniter sells at every parts store less than $40. There was a $90 service call/ diagnostic fee NO PROBLEM THATS TO BE EXPECTED It’s the $200 dollar up charge on the $40 igniter. Even double at $80 would have been fine BUT $244 dollars for a $40 dollar part. my total was $334 I called a few other servers providers to see if this is standard. “I love DFH because this past Thanksgiving my furnace went out. I waited until Friday and called another company. They sent out a tech and he got the furnace going. However, it went out again later that same day. They were going to send someone out again but they were going to charge me for it.
Anyway, about 6:15 am Saturday I sent your company an email and 5 minutes later I got a phone call from Alex. He came out later that morning while on his way to the Louisville football game with his son and I thought that was great. He informed that I needed a new furnace which I was aware of, however the one he recommended me was not the most expensive.
He had your people out here the following Tuesday and installed a new furnace and I did not have to take off from work to get that done. I think your company knows how to treat your customers”
